Universal Earphones Warranty and general information

Earphones are covered by the following warranty from the date of acquisition:

1. For electonics components inside - 1 year
2. Cord - 6 months
3. Shells - 30 days

• Remember to turn the volume down on your source before using earphones. Adjust volume to your normal listening level.
• Using your earphones at high volume for a long time can damage your hearing. Please, consult doctor, if you feel discomfort in your ears.
• It is not recommended to use both earhones while driving. In some countries using of earpones while driving is forbidden.
• In potentially dangerous situations earphones must be temporarily turned off. Be careful.
  
  General information:
  
  
• Operating and storage temperature should be from -15 to 55 ° C with relative humidity up to 90%.
• Do not use cleaning suppliers containing alcohol, ammonia, gasoline or abrasive substances. For cleaning use earwax stick and fine wet cloth.
• Don’t get wet your earphones. The dry capsule should be always in a tightly closed case with your earphones.
• Clean and dry your ears regularly. Earwax and water can damage your earphones. Never put things in your ears, except your earphone
  
  How to use:
  
  
• The earphone faceplates have logo on it:
  Right - ambient acoustics
  Left - MAD
  Also there are marks on shells: Right (R) and Left (L).
• There are 3 sizes of ear pads: small (S), medium (M) and large (L). Before using earphones, make sure that you've picked up the right size.
• Insert the canal of earphone in your ear canal. Fit your earphone comfortable in your ear. Correctthe cord behind the ear.
• Tighten the cable slider on the back of the head. Enjoy the music!

1. The warranty for the internal electronic components (speakers, crossover) used in Ambient-acoustics monitors (not remolding service) is 1 year, for Ambient Cord is 6 months, for shells (otoplastic) is 30 days.
2. The warranty covers the manufacturing defect of speakers, acoustic filters or components, i.e. if the defect is not caused by an obvious mishandling.
3. Ambient acoustics undertakes necessary form correction of monitors’ shells, custom sleeves, earplugs or manufacture new ones:

   • if during the month of using the shells is caused a discomfort for its owner;

   • if shells were roughness, abruptness, sharp edges, or any other kind of defect,which is not due to a buyer’s anatomical features of ears!

4. Ambient acoustics undertakes necessary form correction of monitors’ shells, custom sleeves, earplugs or manufacture new ones:

• if during the month of using the shells is caused a phisical discomfort for its owner;

• if shells were roughness, abruptness, sharp edges, or any other kind of defect,which is not due to a buyer’s anatomical features of ears!

Warranty does not apply to monitors:

• with mechanical damage of shells;

• with evident moisture exposure, sulfur, sweat or other liquids to the internal components ;

• with the presence of foreign objects in the sound bores;

• with damaged caused by negligent use;

• with signs of unauthorized repairs and any kind of modification;

• with signs of exposure to extreme temperatures;

• with signs of impact of a vibration character;

The warranty does not extend to the internal components of in-ear phones after remolding! When customizing laboratory ensures only otoplastic (custom shells)!
